Once again we see how diet plays an important role in health. This time, though, I enjoyed reading the connection tot’s oral health.

This article discusses how our ancient ancestors who favored a “paleo diet” lacking in carbohydrates had far fewer cavities (caries) than similar populations who also ate a “paleo diet,” but who also consumed carbohydrates such as honeycomb.
